How the builder works

Orbita is a free browser-based tool that turns your contact details into an HTML email signature. Pick one of four templates — classic, compact, stacked, or card — fill in your name, title, phone numbers, social links, and optional photo or logo, and the preview updates as you type. When it looks right, copy the rich HTML version for Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail, or grab the plain-text fallback for mailing lists that strip formatting. Switch templates at any time without retyping a single field: your information and the layout are separate, so changing the template redraws everything in the new style.

Every signature is rendered as an old-fashioned HTML table with inline styles — the one layout approach every major mail client agrees on. There is no stylesheet for a mail client to strip, no JavaScript inside the pasted output, and no remote image that breaks when a recipient opens the message without loading external content. Drafts are saved automatically in your own browser storage, so closing the tab and coming back later picks up where you left off. Share links carry the signature in the URL fragment — browsers never send that part to a server, so handing a colleague a link shows them your exact signature without any of your details passing through ours. No account is required, nothing you type is uploaded, and the builder needs no server to function.
