Orbita's roster tool turns a CSV export from your HR system or directory into a full set of individual email signatures, one per employee. Import the file, map the columns — name, title, phone, email address and so on — to the corresponding signature fields, preview the results for every row, and download a single zip that contains a finished HTML signature file for each person on the list. No manual copy-paste per employee, no opening each person's row in a separate builder window, no inconsistent layouts between departments because someone used a different template.
Every signature in the pack uses the same rules you define for the batch — the same template, the same accent colour, the same fonts and social-link set — so the whole company's signatures are consistent. Add a logo (the builder resizes and embeds it in your browser, never uploaded) and a company-wide disclaimer line that appears on every output. The roster itself is processed entirely in your browser: nothing you import is sent to a server, no employee data leaves your machine, and no account is required to generate the pack.
The pack is yours to distribute. Each employee's .htm file opens in a browser, where the HTML is selected, copied, and pasted into their mail client's own signature editor. Orbita generates the files — it does not install or manage signatures inside Outlook or any other mail client, and it cannot automatically deploy them. The README bundled inside every zip walks through the paste steps for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, and notes that Outlook may roam a pasted signature back to a server-side copy on some Microsoft 365 accounts, which can overwrite what you paste.
Use during a free initial period (no payment needed to try the tool and download a pack). After that period a licence is required to continue generating batches. Choose A$1.50 per seat per month with the monthly plan, which can be cancelled any time, or A$12 per seat per year with the annual plan, covering every employee on the roster. Payment is handled through Stripe, and the licence key is delivered by email. Seats are changed and the subscription cancelled through Stripe's own billing portal, reached from the billing page. A failed payment never disables signatures already in use. Paste the licence key into the panel below to unlock the roster for your organisation. Volume discounts are not available — the price is the same per seat regardless of team size. No account creation is required to evaluate the product, and the licence ties to a single email address for key delivery.
