Batch signatures for your whole team.
Orbita's roster tool turns a CSV export from your HR system or directory into a full set of individual email signatures, one per employee. Import the file, map the columns — name, title, phone, email address and so on — to the corresponding signature fields, preview the results for every row, and download a single zip that contains a finished HTML signature file for each person on the list. No manual copy-paste per employee, no opening each person's row in a separate builder window, no inconsistent layouts between departments because someone used a different template.
Every signature in the pack uses the same branding — the same company name, website, address, template, accent colour, fonts and social-link set — so the whole company's signatures are consistent. You set that branding once, in the builder: add a logo (the builder resizes and embeds it in your browser, never uploaded) and a company-wide disclaimer line that appears on every output. The roster shows the branding it is about to apply above the download, and will not export while the company details are still the example ones the builder starts with. The roster itself is processed entirely in your browser: nothing you import is sent to a server, no employee data leaves your machine, and no account is required to generate the pack.
The pack is yours to distribute. Each employee's .htm file opens in a browser, where the HTML is selected, copied, and pasted into their mail client's own signature editor. Orbita generates the files — it does not install or manage signatures inside Outlook or any other mail client, and it cannot automatically deploy them. The README bundled inside every zip walks through the paste steps for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, and notes that Outlook may roam a pasted signature back to a server-side copy on some Microsoft 365 accounts, which can overwrite what you paste.
Free for up to three seats — no payment needed to try the tool and download a pack. A licence is required to add more than three. Choose A$1.50 per seat per month with the monthly plan, which can be cancelled any time, or A$12 per seat per year with the annual plan, covering every employee on the roster. Payment is handled through Stripe. When checkout completes you are sent back to Orbita with the licence applied and saved in your browser, and a copy of the licence key is emailed to you as the record of purchase. If you clear your browser data or move to another machine, paste that key into the licence panel below to unlock the roster again. Cancellation, invoices and payment details are handled by Stripe from the billing page; seat changes go back through checkout, because the number of seats is what sets the price. A failed payment never disables signatures already in use. Volume discounts are not available — the price is the same per seat regardless of team size. No account creation is required to evaluate the product, and the licence ties to a single email address for key delivery.
What your CSV needs to contain
One row per person and a header row naming the columns. Only full name is required; every other field is optional and simply omitted from that person's signature when the cell is blank, rather than leaving a gap or a stray separator. The columns you can map are full name, job title, department, email address, phone and mobile — the details that change from one person to the next. Company name, website and postal address are not read from the CSV; they come from the branding set in the builder, so one mistyped cell cannot put a different company on a single person's signature.
Column names do not have to match anything. After you import the file you map each of your own headers to a signature field, so an export with Employee Name, Position and Work Phone needs no renaming beforehand. Columns you do not map are ignored, which means an HR export carrying salary, start date or manager can be used as it comes out of the system without editing personal data out of it first.
Anything that applies to the whole company is set once, in the builder, rather than per row — the company name, website and address, the template, accent and text colours, font and size, the divider, the logo, the disclaimer line and the social links. That is the reason the pack comes out consistent: a row can only vary the person, not the design. If two departments genuinely need different templates, run the roster twice with a filtered CSV each time and distribute the two packs separately.
The preview shows every row before you download, so a mis-mapped column is visible as a whole table of signatures with the job title in the phone line rather than as one broken file discovered a week later. The zip contains one .htm file per person, named from their full name, plus the README with the paste steps.
