Fillable

Bulk Fill PDF Forms from a Spreadsheet

Fillable turns an entire spreadsheet into a batch of completed PDF forms in one pass. Upload a fillable PDF and a spreadsheet or CSV file, match the columns to the PDF's fields, then fill every row at once. Each row becomes its own filled PDF, and the whole set downloads as a single ZIP. Nothing leaves your browser.

Producing One PDF per Spreadsheet Row

With fields mapped to spreadsheet columns, filling every row works exactly like filling one, repeated automatically. Fillable steps through the table row by row, filling a fresh copy of the PDF with that row's values and leaving unmapped fields untouched. Two hundred rows produce two hundred separate PDFs, not one long document.

Choosing the Column That Names Each Output File

Without a label column, output files are only numbered, so Fillable lets you pick one column, such as a name or invoice number, to name each file. A row for Jane Doe then carries jane-doe in its name. Characters file names cannot hold are replaced, and blank or duplicate labels get numbered names so nothing is overwritten.

Downloading the Whole Set as a Single ZIP

Browsers handle hundreds of separate downloads badly, so Fillable packages a batch’s filled PDFs into one ZIP archive offered as a single download. Opening it reveals each form as its own PDF, named from the column you chose. The archive is built in your browser from PDFs already on your device, with no server involved.

Why Flattening Is Usually Wanted for a Batch

Flattening turns filled-in fields into permanent page content, so values can no longer be edited or changed by accident. For a single form you might keep fields editable, but a batch of hundreds is usually a finished set of certificates, invoices, or letters, not templates. Bulk filling therefore flattens by default, though you can switch it off.

Questions

How many rows can I fill in one batch?

There is no fixed row limit; the ceiling is your browser's memory, since every PDF is generated on your device before being zipped.

Can I choose which column is used to name each file?

Yes. Pick any column as the label; Fillable names each row's file from that value, falling back to numbered names for blanks and duplicates.

What happens if a row is missing data for a mapped field?

That field is left blank rather than stopping the batch. The row's other mapped fields are filled normally and processing continues.

What does batch filling cost?

Filling a single row is free. Batch filling is a one-time purchase at $24, with no sign-up and no subscription, so you can unlock batch processing without an ongoing charge.

Is my spreadsheet or PDF uploaded anywhere during a bulk fill?

No. Every row is filled and zipped in your browser, so the spreadsheet and every generated PDF stay on your device.
