Your labour rates are what an hour of each person's time costs you, before any margin. Materials are your buy price per unit, so the calculator can mark them up consistently instead of you guessing per job.
Travel is charged per kilometre or per hour, whichever matches how you actually bill it. Overhead can be a percentage of the job or a flat amount, covering the costs that exist whether or not you win the work — insurance, the van, the phone. The minimum charge is the floor no job goes below, however small it looks on paper.
Business details are optional. Fill them in and they appear at the top of a quote PDF; leave them blank and the PDF still works, it just carries no letterhead.
